We help those suffering in poverty& illness to bring restoration, hope and dignity.

Story

5 years ago I ran the London Marathon in support of Brighter Future and, with your help, raised just over £1700 for this fantastic cause. 5 years on and they need your help now more than ever...

My knees won't permit me to run at the moment, so I'm going to jump out of a plane instead!

Brighter Future cares for around 180 children, many of whom are orphans or are found living rough at local railway stations. The team also runs a small hospice, and a nutrition and medication programme - providing food for widows with HIV and people who are too disabled to work.

They really believe in giving people living in poverty the chance to become independent. A tailoring training centre for young women who have not had the chance to go to, or complete school is equipping hundred of women with the skills for a future every year. Brighter Future also runs a small loan programme to help people to set up a small business such as growing and selling vegetables.

The great news is that because the UK arm of the charity is run entirely by volunteers, 95p in the £ goes straight to people in need. You won't find that anywhere else!

Please be the miracle for these people and give as generously as you can!
