i decided to do the half ironman in dublin for alzheimers society to raise funds and after seeing the devastating  effects of this disease on my  family i recently lost my father in october who suffered greatly  with this and robbed me of my last years with him and id like to give something back to the charity and honour my father in doing so ,please help me raise money for this charity big or small donations much appreciated thank you very much , graeme
