I work for 1625 Independent People. We help young people who have run into problems in their life because of having nowhere to live. Our staff work to get them back on the right track so that they can eventually manage on their own. 

If I have raised 1000 GBP by 1st September I will shave my (very long) beard off. If I raise 1500 GBP I will shave off half my beard for one week and come to work.
