We rehabilitate injured wild birds brought to us by the public and then release them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have smoked for longer than I care to remember and have struggled to give up before so with a little help from the Stoptober campaign and all of my lovely friends and family, i have decided to give it another go! Because i have struggled with motivation in the past i have decided to ask all you lovely people to sponsor me to quit for 30 days, from the 2nd October.

All the money raised will be going to a wonderful, amazing little charity that does brilliant work with wild birds every single day of the year. Whether it is driving miles to release birds they have nursed back to health or feeding tiny bald baby birds every 10 minutes from dawn until dusk, shephearding ducks to bed at night or cleaning up bird poo (of which there is ALOT), each and every volunteer gives their heart and soul to keep this wonderful place going.

So whether you just want to watch me suffer lol or you want to support me in my quit attempt, why not donate a little to make a huge difference!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. We're a small charity founded in 1979, with a team of volunteers that work tirelessly to rehabilitate around 1200 ill and injured wild birds each year and hand rear hundreds of orphaned or abandoned baby birds. Our aim is to release each bird when fit and well and we treat ANY species of wild bird.
