Fundraising for Friends of Brooklands SLD School - FOBS
Story
I will be raising money for Brooklands Primary school in Reigate, Surrey. The school is for children with severe and complex physical and developmental disabilities including ASD. My sponsorship will go towards purchasing a new minibus for the children to go on fantastic school trips in comfort and for equipment for the children's new playground!
When I worked at Brooklands I was deeply moved by the work that is done for the children that attend and the difference it makes to the children and their family's lives.
Additionally: when I do get my hair cut off I am planning on donating it to the Little Princess Trust. A wig normally costs roughly £350 to make, but the LPT use donated hair to make free wigs for children that have unfortunately lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
