We are taking part in a 9.5 mile hike, conquering the Three Peaks in the Chinley area. It will take us to the summit of South Head, Chinley Churn and Eccles Pike.

Signpost Young Carers is a project of Signpost Stockport for Carers. We support Young Carers aged between 6 and 25 through respite, activities family and school support in the Stockport area.
