Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My story 3 and a half years later. Every day is a struggle, waking up, going to sleep, not sleeping, facing work, people and basically every day,, however, this isn’t about me its about Helen who has absolutely broken my heart, shredded it, I do not blame her, I only wish I knew then what I know now. Helen was a happy, gorgeous and very intelligent girl, a dare devil, yes she had her anxieties, mood swings, but which teenager doesn’t, she pushed herself hard, she was a perfectionist, worked hard in school and her one year in university (studying English Literature) and in her part time jobs, she loved travel, she had so many friends and loved them all, loved a party, loved skiing, her animals around her and most importantly family life, she always had a smile on her face, I am sure everyone that knew her would agree with me. Any person that is reading this please remember there is always someone you can talk to, may not be a family member, it could be a friend or a help line of any description, PAPYRUS, Samaritans, MIND, police, A&E, it could be a mate in the pub just anyone but please sleep on your worries before you make this horrible horrendous final decision, there is always a solution to every problem, no one in this world is perfect, and as a parent or a friend with any worries please don’t isolate yourself and do ask for help, don’t deny anyone of a chance, listen to them, don’t talk or advise just LISTEN.
