We are raising money for Hector's House to raise awareness and to combat the stigma around suicide and mental health. 

As most of you know, myself and my family set up Hector's House after my beloved little brother Hec took his own life in April 2011. It was, and still is, cripplingly devastating and we miss him every day.

We would do anything to have him back, and would have done anything to keep him with us. If only we had known how he was feeling.

To prevent this from happening to another life, we are fighting to stop the suicide stigma and to get young people to start talking about mental health! 

Myself and John would be thrilled if you could donate whatever you can for our 10k run - it would make a huge difference to the work we're doing at HH.
