We help people with learning disabilities to enjoy a valued life

Story

Helping to make the dream of having their own home come true for people with disabilitites, our ‘Home is where the heart is’ appeal aims to raise funds to support a new social housing development in Portlethen, Aberdeenshire.
Our residential development will provide six flats to enable local people to enjoy independent and valued lives in their community.  Each flat will be equipped with the latest technology to help ensure Cornerstone can provide residents with the highest quality of care into the future while promoting independent living.
Having our own home is something many of us take for granted but for people with disabilities it can be one of the many challenges they face in their life.  We need the support of the community to help make this dream come true for the people we support

By joining Cornerstone's Home is where the heart is campaign today you can be sure you are making a real difference to the lives of people with diabilities and other support needs in your community.
