This year I will run the great north run for personal reasons. A very good friend Steve and Wendy had there beautiful daughter taken from them suddenly at the age of 21. Aimee was a lovely girl who had recently qualified as a nurse and loved her work at keech cottage hospice who provide care for cancer patients. 

Her sister Laura set up Aimee's fund to help continue the great work keech do and also to focus her self through what must be a difficult time for her and her family. 

So I ask of you all to chuck in whatever you can to support 2 fantastic funds.
