Starfish cares for vulnerable children affected by HIV and poverty in South Africa.

This charity works at identifying orphaned and vulnerable children in rural communities in South Africa, giving them shelter and food, AIDS treatment when needed, and also art projects and educational initiatives.  It is truly amazing what they achieve.

Local medical officers are often overwhelmed by HIV/AIDS reaching a crisis point in rural areas, and several of Starfish's programmes are medically focused.
