The RMBI is one of the four big national Masonic charities. The Masonic Province of Yorkshire West Riding is running a Festival to boost RMBI funds until May 2017.  As a Freemason I am proud to help them.

When someone takes a place at a care home their personal savings slowly dwindle away until they reach the threshold set by the government or local authority.  At this point they are usually moved to a care home not of their choosing but in line with the financial guidelines of the local authority.

The RMBI does things differently.

They enable people in their homes to stay where they are, regardless of their personal finances and the funds raised by me and all the other Freemasons in the festival are used exclusively for that purpose.
