I first heard about Hagar from a friend of mine, Pete Holt (who is the Executive Director in the UK). It is a brilliant international organisation that is committed to the recovery and economic empowerment of women and children who are victims of human rights abuses; particularly human trafficking, sexual exploitation and domestic violence. 

I am running the half marathon to help raise money and awareness for this great charity. 

I'm not a natural runner and this is the first time I have tried something like this, so please support me!
