In May 2016 my beloved sister was diagnosed with terminal cancer and unfortunately lost her battle in August 2016. In her final few weeks she was looked after brilliantly by everyone at St Nicholas Hospice and they have also supported me and my family in the most incredible way. 

The services they offer are amazing but they need to raise £11,000 a day to continue to offer emotional and physical support to more than 400 families dealing with long-term and life-threatening illnesses in West Suffolk and Thetford.

Julie will want to make sure others get the same support we have had, so for her birthday we will be going on the girls night out walk and raising some well needed funds for them.
