As you all know, we met when we were travelling in Africa and it will always be a really special place for us. We are incredibly lucky that we have been able to travel to see so many great places and would love it if our wedding could make a difference to some of the people who live there.

Malawi is the poorest country we visited when we were in Africa and we have picked a charity called Building Malawi which we would love you to make a donation to if you want to give us a gift. Building Malawi is a small UK based charity committed to improving opportunities for children in Malawi. They build infrastructure such as schools, libraries and sports facilities which are then run by Malawian organisations. The first school they built is in its 8th year without any additional funding so the work they do is long lasting, sustainable and has huge benefits to the local community.

It is a really great cause and we are planning to go back to Malawi in a few years and visit the project to see what our donation has been spent on and to meet some the of children it has benifited.
