Story

The education charity WORLDwrite and our inimitable, much
needed Citizen TV station WORLDbytes has hit a financial hole (big blip). As we don’t know any very rich people who would like to ‘buy us out’ and government subsidies are unlikely for our free speech-freedom loving channel we urgently need you to help us out. We have just completed a huge documentary project on the life and works of C.L.R. James made with over 200 volunteers and were so focussed we didn’t do enough fund-raising in the process. We’ve now been hit with huge bills but are determined to keep our volunteer centre open and see through the numerous programme plans we have with groups from May onwards. If you can dig deep, we’ll get there. If you prefer to help by pre-ordering our C.L.R James DVD, giving us all your second hand non-fiction books, running a marathon, commissioning us to film or similar that would be brilliant too and do get in touch. Thank you so much and do spread the word and share this page.

Best wishes Ceri Dingle Director
