Story
Myself and fellow Bath Cats & Dogs Home employee Katie Jackson are being very brave! We are both skydiving (tandem) out of a plane on Sunday 22nd April 2012 at Salisbury Air Field.
Bath Cats and Dogs Home is one of the largest re-homing centres in the UK with over 3,000 unwanted cats, dogs and small animals relying upon us every year. As you may know, Trigger my 3rd Springer Spaniel was rescued and looked after by the Home until i adopted him in March 2011.
BCDH aim to find every single animal a new loving home, no matter how long this may take.
At any one time there are approximately 130 dogs, 100 cats, 30 feral cats and a variety of small animals in our care.
How you money will help:
£5 will run a heat lamp for a sick animal for 2 weeks
£7 will buy bedding for our rabbits and small animals
£10 will give a kitten their first vaccination an vet check
£25 will provide a bed to keep a elderly dog warm or microchip a new animal
£40 will neuter or castrate a cat to stop the cycle of unwanted kittens
£60 will neater or castrate a dog to stop the cycle of unwanted puppies
£150 will provide shelter in one of our exercise paddocks
