Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After loosing my cat, Spider, it got me thinking about the amazing care he had throughout his life. The hard work all animal staff go through, the challenges they face and the time and dedication they put in for the love of the wonderful pets around us. But it's not just the humans that provide love. Spider also had the love of a dog. A dog named Hari.

Hari was brought into the RSPCA after his family could no longer take care of him. The RSPCA showed him to us, as my Grandmother needed a small dog for companionship. He was absolutely perfect for her. Small, sweet and loving. But he didn't just become a friend to my Grandmother. Spider utterly adored him, and that brought happiness to all of us. Without the RSPCA, our family would of ran quite differently!

As I was planning to do a 12 hour stream anyway, what better way than to combine the two and raise money as a community!

I believe we can create change through Twitch and show the world just how much love and care we can give. Let's thank the RSPCA for all the hard work they do, keeping animals safe and providing us with many amazing furry friends.

On the 6th of February 2016 you can join me at www.twitch.tv/lavendercourage from 9am GMT to 9pm GMT for a fun filled 12 hour stream. Be there, donate and have fun!

About the charity

We support the Inspectorate by rehabilitating and re homing animals that have been removed from unsuitable homes, or that have found themselves un owned through no fault of their own. This has been achieved over the years with the generous help, support and contributions of the local community.
