An amazing team of Movember runners taking on the London Marathon 2016.

Story

In 2013 I shaved my head and grew a tash for Movember and raised money to support Men's health and cancer

3 years later I'm raising money for Movember once more:

I'm very lucky to have such a huge loving family but last year I lost my Uncle George to cancer. Visiting George 4 weeks before he passed, I watched my Dad say goodbye to his Brother and this moment stuck with me permanently. It made me realise how lucky I was to have never really lost someone before and how cancer can take away someone so important; a Brother, a Father, a Grandfather and an Uncle.

I'll be running the Marathon for Uncle George and for everyone who knows someone who's been affected by Mens' Mental Health and Mens' Cancer.

You can follow my training progress here: https://www.strava.com/athlete/training/log?sport=Run

This one's for you George!
