North, Central and South Liverpool Foodbank's are working together to combat food poverty across the city. The 3 Trussell Trust Foodbanks fed over 20,000 people between them last year.

Foodbank clients receive a voucher from a frontline professional and take it to their nearest foodbank centre where it can be redeemed for three days emergency food. Volunteers meet clients over a cup of tea or free hot meal and are able to signpost people to agencies able to solve the longer-term problem.
