Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year I have decided to fund raise for Liverpool Universty hospital , after spending  time there last year when my grandad passed away . The staff especially In ICU did a fantastic job and can't thank them enough for the care they gave, so any thing I can raise to help them do there job would be really appreciated . So this year's Manchester 10k is in memory of my LA.xxx
