Story

The Four Lines Modernisation team will be reaching new heights!

We’ll be walking, not sleeping, going up Snowdon at night, Then sleeping on our seats on the train to Scafell Pike. Next on the list, Ben Nevis which has the greatest height. Then we’ll be all done with walking on this decent hike!

This mental and physical challenge is likened to three consecutive half marathons and is in aid of the Railway Children, an incredibly worthwhile charity which fights for a world where no child ever has to live on the streets. With initiatives both here in the UK and around the world, the Railway Children aim to reach vulnerable children before they become exposed to the many threats of a dangerous street life.

We are offering sponsorship opportunities for our corporate partners. For each donation gratefully received, your company's logo will be featured on our event t-shirts and promotional materials. Following the event, news stories and photos will featured in both London Underground and Thales corporate publications which reach a combined audience of thousands of railway professionals. An additional bespoke trophy from the walk will be provided to corporate sponsors along with a thank you certificate.
