Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

7 years on from the London marathon I am back and all too soon will be attempting to cycle 100 miles along with thousands of others. This is more than twice as far as I have ever gone so am more than a little concerned. I would be tapering by now but am not sure I have done enough to justify a 'taper' of any sort.
