Those that know me will know how close this charity is to my heart and how passionate I am in making it work. I am not passionate about running to be honest but its a great day out.  What could be better than having a little trot around London,  keeping my physique perfectly honed and putting some money in the pot too. Your sponsorship will make such a difference to our pupils and provide them with future opportunities they could only imagine.  

On my recent visit to Gambia in April of this year, we found a new building which is ideal for our use but for the want of your money.  It would be amazing to bring this project to fruition this year. Not just for the charity, the school and its pupils but for me too. 9 years on and I still get excited about the school and its pupils and if you were as lucky as I am to visit regularly you would fully understand why.

Its hard to feel poverty through a computer or TV screen but believe me it hurts and its offensive. I feel this every time I visit yet I want to visit more and more and provide as many school places that is humanly possible. 

Please help me do just that and put some smiles on these kids faces. They deserve a chance just like everyone else
