Most of you reading this will already know how close this charity is to my heart and this event in particular.  Its now my 4th year of running the British London 10k which has a direct benefit to our pupils in  Gambia.

The funds raised are used for many projects from mosquito nets, healthcare, educational materials, teachers wages or just the rent on our new  school. None of it would be possible without YOU our supporters so please dig deep and lets keep these amazing kids smiling AND educated.  its just 2 clicks and its done
