ONS data shows the rate of suicide is increasing.  17% of the UK population will experience suicidal feelings at some point in their lives.  Samaritans London report a 9% increase in calls last year with over a quarter experiencing suicidal thoughts.  In 2015 London Samaritan's 450 volunteers took 96,739 telephone calls - £2500 will pay the running costs for 2 days.  Please donate generously.
