The Uganda Child Education Trust was established to support the Kitende community. Kitende is a small, rural community on the Entebbe highway which runs between the airport and Uganda's capital city, Kampala. Kitende is a self-sufficient, happy, close knit community that cares for its own. However, what the community is missing is a local community centre that could be the central location for a childrens toy and book library, for agricultrural and trade education for their parents and a surgery for the visiting Dr. Each donated brick will be a single step towards building that essential community centre to provide those essential services.
