For those of you who know me, you will be aware of how Sarcoma has affected my family and its impact on those closest to us.  Despite my fear of heights (and my age!) I am doing this to raise funds for Boom - a NI charity that has been wonderful to us through a difficult time and it feels great to be giving something back.   I have coerced nine of my work colleagues (Niall McMullan, Emily Paisley, Sharon Boyd, Laura Feeney, Jon Duncan, Sara McGaughey, Sarah McFarland, Jane McCann and Claire McDaid) and two great friends (Jackie McNeill and Katie Munnis) to join me in the abseil but primarily to ensure that I actually follow through!!!!
