This is a tribute to Jon, a wonderful friend who was taken from us too soon, he has left a void in all our lives.  Remember the happy times, the football, weddings, christenings, shooting, star gazing, messing about on the water, oh, and a few beers.

I am running the Great Eastern half marathon in Jon's memory, I would like to raise as much money as possible to raise awareness and fund essential research to help with early diagnosis of this disease.
