We develop and fund campaigns to protect badgers and their habitats.

Story

On the 21st of june I will be taking part in the shrewsbury road race. Its four miles long. I will be doing this to raise both money and awareness for the suffering and victimization of badgers.

The goverment believes that the only way to eradicate BTB is by killing badgers. Not only are they  missleading the public with the stories they publish, they are also commiting vile acts of animal curelty that are reported but go unpunished. Dispite the culls last year proving beyond doubt that killing bagders does NOT help BTB and that it isn't possible to shoot or trap a bdager humanely, The culls are set to begin again this summer in the same areas as last time. This time there will not be an indepentant review afterwards as the goverment don't want the public to know whats happening.

The goverment are also conducting gas trials dispite this method beiing banned outright several years ago after being proved to be a cruel and abhorant way to kill badgers. Defra and the goverments own science ministers and the BVA all agreed that the culls where a failure in every aspect yet they are still going ahead.

The money I raise will be spent on vaccinations and ensuring the continued protection of such an iconic native mammal for years to come
