Hi I'm doing a 6.3 miles trike for Simon heroes which is part of a Ataxia campaign, in London on the 18th September , I am training hard for this .. I'm hoping to raise money for 2 charities who are close to my heart .

As most will know I have Freidreich's ataxia which is a neurological condition which is getting worse , it's affecting my mobility and my heart but in life its best to smile and to always remember their is always some more worse off.
