We assist 42 rural schools in Uganda to fight poverty through education

Story

Miss Daisy's Nursery School is extremely excited about raising money to build a water tank for children in Africa! The 10,000 litre water tank that we hope to build will collect and store water when it rains, rather that it simply falling from the sky and disappearing into the ground.

To raise this money we will be attempting to walk from Albert Bridge to Chelsea Bridge in Battersea Walk. This is roughly half the distance that many children in Africa walk everyday to get water.

Miss Daisy's Nursery School has chosen this small charity because it is personal to the school and the results of the money raised by us will go directly to building the water tank (and not get lost in the system).

If we raise the money and the water tank is built, then the Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund have agreed to place a granite plaque next to the tank acknowledging the children at Miss Daisy's Nursery School.

Please sponsor us!

Love all the children at Miss Daisy's Nursery x
