We support people with dementia & carers to help them cope and have a little joy

Story

Despite neither Managing Director Tim Atkinson or Mortgage Advisor Katie Lavender being regular cyclists, (in fact neither has ridden a bike in over a year), they have entered this year’s 100 mile London cycle event.

Developed by the Mayor of London the Prudential RideLondon is a legacy of the Olympics and now in its fourth year, taking place on Sunday 31st July.

Katie and Tim will be raising money for Mortgage Required’s designated charity Alzheimer Dementia Support, they are aiming to reach their target of £1,000.

Due to a complete lack of experience and fitness both have started their training and whilst not likely to break any records are determined to finish.

Tim commented; we have been supporting Alzheimer Dementia support for a number of years with regular events and feel that the excellent work the charity do to those effect by this debilitating disease will be the motivation we need to complete both our training and of course the event.
