I am holding a fundraising lunch for Multi Organ Transplant Support, as our friend, Rachael Green, had a 4 organ transplant last year.  Rachael had a tough journey post transplant but thankfully is now doing well, and getting involved with MOTS herself. This charity is so important to provide support to people like Rachael through their transplant journeys.
