Outstanding, M&S Bank's LGBT employee network, is working with Stonewall to equip teachers to deal with homophobic bullying and celebrate difference in an age appropriate way.

Nine in 10 secondary school teachers and two in five primary school teachers say children in the schools they work in experience homophobic bullying, and the vast majority hear homophobic language. Sadly, more than six in 10 LGBT parents expect their child to be bullied because of them.

Our goal is to raise £2,000 to help train 12 teachers in the Chester area with the skills needed to deal with homophobic bullying. Thank you so much for your support, together we'll make a difference!
