We (Gee, Mart and Joe) have been friends for most of our lives and this year we will see what that friendship means. The muddiest we've ever got together is at Glastonbury (and that was actually quite a tough slog) but never have we faced anything to challenge our friendship as much as this. The titles of the obstacles we'll face over a half marathon distance include; Everest, Mud Mile, Arctic Enema and Electro Shock Therapy. We can't wait.

It all sounds pretty nasty really but challenges need to be a little hard don't they? Otherwise, we would ask you to support us to go on holiday or something. There is a stronger purpose than simply testing our friendship against mud. We are raising money for Depaul, the youth homeless charity Joe works for. Depaul supports over 3,000 young people every year to help them find a place to call home. Every night young people in London with nowhere else to go, turn to Depaul's Nightstop service for a safe place to lay their head. Your money will help to keep this service and others like it going through the Winter.
