Kent Cancer Trust, along with Maidsone Oncology Center have been of great help to me over the past year.

Basically I was diagnosed with a low grade cancer in my parotid gland following the removal of a lump that had been around for a number of years.  I underwent a course of radiotherapy in spring 2012 and am currently being monitored on a six monthly basis in case of any re-emergance.

In order to raise a little money for this great charity, I am planning on having a proper hair cut for the first time in over 10 years..!  I dread to think what they will find under there - best not to know really!  I will be doing this on the weekend of 27th July.
