This Just Giving page is set up to support the Neilston & Uplawmoor First Responder group which has recently been established.   We have recruited almost 25 volunteers from the local area - our target commencement date is late November.

We are a self funding volunteer group in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service and rely on the generosity of the local community and local business for us to raise funds to buy our equipment.

Our fundraising goals currently include:

Volunteer Uniforms

Kit bags with supplies

Defibrillators 

Our longer term goal is to secure funding for a 4x4 emergency vehicle that will be particularly useful during the winter months. We have arranged a launch event in late October which will allow us to promote the scheme and to raise awareness that early action saves lives.
