I'm asking for your support for UK registered charity Freedom Matters which on behalf of humanity is doing remarkable work in Nepal as it tackles child slavery, abuse, exploitation and trafficking. Freedom Matters easily meets our expectations as to what such an organisation should be all about - full of passion and determination - but as a new charity that is just over one year old it is desperately in need of our donations to achieve its goals.

Specifically, at this juncture Freedom Matters urgently requires our financial help to remove children from an abusive and exploitative "children's home" in Kathmandu, freeing little boys and girls from the clutches of a dangerous criminal. To do this the charity needs to have the funds to conduct the research and operation itself but also have in place what's needed to fund an aftercare plan for up to 80 vulnerable children. I can't give the detail of this just yet but I will be able to update this page within the coming couple of weeks and tell you more as the charity's field staff make their move publically. The point is that the charity needs these initial funds to be in place now before it can enter this home, setting the children free and providing for them thereafter.
