This page has been set up on behalf of Jason Thomas and Gemma Williams, loving parents of Lexi Mia Thomas. Lexi was sadly taken away too soon, due to an undetected heart condition at the tender age of 11 weeks old.

The parents have suggested that instead of flowers, that a donation be made to the 'Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity' if they wish, in memory of Lexi.
