So, I've actually lost the plot, this time I'm riding 100 miles a day, for three days, it seems the organisers have found every hill in Wales and have decided I need to climb them. 

I dislike hills.

So, if you can dip into your pockets for a charity that do wonderful things, and encourage me up the hills, I would be very grateful.
