Story
Myself and Stephen are off to Braithwaite on 7th Nov to ride a circular route, jumping off at Buttermere to hike 3 mountains, then back on our bikes to Braithwaite. 50 hilly miles in total and we aim to do it in 500 minutes (just over 8 hrs). Here's the route:

And what are they all about? Simply, they want an end to intensive factory farming. Here's an edited excerpt from their website:
"Factory farming is not just bad for farm animals – it’s dangerous, unfair and dirty, with impacts ranging from climate change to biodiversity loss and disease to food insecurity. Factory farming is often viewed as the cheap, efficient solution to feeding our world. But for every 100 food calories of edible crops fed to livestock, we get back just 30 calories in the form of meat and dairy; a 70% loss. People are competing with farm animals for food. We must stop this madness."
So, if you were thinking of a small gift for me this birthday, donating here would make me very happy. Thank you.
