I always love a challenge so felt Scotland plus my bike and friend Emma for 2 weeks would be one! I have chosen to fund raise for Shalom House in St Davids, Wales as this is a place where my Grandfather spent a week in respite care just before he passed away in February 2013. I feel Hospice's are such amazing places which help the person along with friends and family immensely when going through difficult times. 

Due to recent financial constraints at Shalom House they now provide just day care..I would love to help change this back to the place it was in which people can go and stay for a longer period of time.
