I'm excited to have the opportunity to help raise vital funds for such an amazing local charity. The challenges of the Ironman, and further still the double Ironman are extreme and have allowed for some incredible experiences, with plenty more to come i'm sure, as i continue to train for the double. Along the way i've made some great new friends, and put many thousands of miles under my belt. I look forward to the continued challenges and to hopefully acting as a vehicle for your generosity in raising money for this worthy cause

My first Ironman takes place in the 5th July 2015 in Frankfurt Germany, with the Double taking place sometime in September 2016. 

Double distances 

Open Water Swim = 7.6km (4.8miles)

Bike = 360km (224miles)

Run = 84km (52miles)
