Story

Saigon Children's Charity (SCC) is looking to help 87 Vietnamese children whose access to education is in danger as their schools are simply too far to walk to.

On average the children we support at SCC have to walk 8 – 10 km to get to and from school every day.  This is a tiring, difficult and dangerous journey in the Vietnamese countryside and many children are forced to abandon their studies. With the new school year starting this August, SCC knows of 87 students that are still in need of a bicycle.   The total cost of each bike and delivery to these remote areas in the Vietnamese countryside is approximately $120 per bike.

Please find more information on our website www.saigonchildren.com

Before the new school year in August we need to raise $10,440.
