About Orkney Kidney Patient Association
Our aim is to support the Renal Unit in Orkney trying to ensure that the patients' comfort is priority whilst they are on dialysis as the time they have to spend in the Unit is usually 4 or 5 hours 3 days every week. We also aim to support the initial time away from Orkney when they start dialysis.
