4 years ago my cousins baby girl was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at only a few days old. She spent the 1st months of her life having treatment at Great Ormond Street Hospital and has had numerous hospital visits since going home. This along with scans, tests and operations is something she continues to face for the rest of her life. She is such a brave and happy little girl.

This amazing little girl has already been through so much and has made me decide to face my fears and raise money for the Southend Cystic Fibrosis Association. I am terrified of heights but wanted to do something to push myself so Sarah and I are going to paraglide from the mountains at the beginning of May.
