Patrick was 17 yrs old when he collapsed and died while walking in his favorite place, the Lake District. He was a keen walker and his death was a complete surprise to the medical community and all that knew him.

Patrick's love of the outdoors was enhanced by the wonderful personal experiences he gained through Scouting.  He was a natural leader and in his role as a Young Leader he was actively contributing to the development and enjoyment of other young people.  Donations through this page will go towards providing young people with great scouting and life experiences.
