When we developed BerkoAstro, we followed the Football Foundation “model” for a 3G pitch development. What the model didn’t incorporate (but does nowadays!) was the incorporation of a viewing area for parents and spectators.

We want to change that.

We want to create a new viewing area alongside one side of the pitch,  so that parents don’t have to watch their kids play football “behind bars”. It will increase the enjoyment of football and the “BerkoAstro experience” for all involved. It will make BerkoAstro more marketable for 11 v 11 games, 7v7 games and training sessions (therefore contributing income to both Raiders and Ashlyns School who share the surplus from the commercial operation of the facilities).
 
It doesn’t require major works. It involves the movement and reconstruction of the fencing. But it does come at a significant cost!
