Thanks for visiting our justgiving page and hopefully supporting our fundraising efforts - its a really worth while charity that does some good things! 

The Stevens twins (Rachael & Emma) will be participating in the Clarify Foundation Triathlon on the 10th of September in Theale - West Berkshire 

first a 400m swim in a cold lake,  next a 25km cycle ride and then a 5km run ....followed by a lie down and hopefully a wash.

we don't expect to break any records and our legs will probably be like jelly afterwards but we wanted to support our big sister Claire's charity.
